宁波市中高职一体化办学改革研究

Research on the Reform of the Integration of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education in Ningbo

中高职一体化办学是职业教育改革的重要内容,对于构建现代职业教育体系有着重要意义。文章以宁波市中高职一体化办学为例,在调研基础上,分析了当前中高职一体化办学现状、存在问题及原因,并提出了改革学制、完善课程衔接、改进管理、强化师资培训、推进资源共建共享、加强校企合作、健全工作领导机制等对策建议。

The integration of secondary and higher vocational education is an important part of vocational education reform.It is of great significance to construct the modem vocational education system.Taking the integration of secondary and higher vocational education in Ningbo as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation of the integration of secondary and higher vocational education,the existing problems and their causes,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as reforming the school system,perfecting the course connection,improving the management,strengthening the training of teachers,promoting the co-construction and sharing of resources,strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and perfecting the leading mechanism of work,etc.
