摘要
为满足大直径盾构隧道底部整体式预制箱涵的高精度拼装要求,解决目前预制箱涵拼装精度低、无法根据隧道线形精准调节箱涵拼装姿态的问题,结合箱涵拼装施工工艺质量要求,研制出一套整体式6自由度箱涵智能拼装系统,并应用于上海机场联络线2标工程。首先,介绍6自由度箱涵拼装机的系统组成与设计;然后,建立并求解三旋转自由度平台运动学正逆向运动方程;最后,利用ABAQUS有限元仿真计算结构的强度。研究结果显示:该拼装系统的结构强度、拼装平台运动范围与运动精度均能满足实际工程需求。经过在上海机场联络线的应用证明,6自由度箱涵智能拼装系统可实现箱涵高精度、智能化高效拼装,满足箱涵拼装施工工艺质量要求。
An integrated intelligent box culvert assembly system with six degrees of freedom(DOF)is developed and applied to the bid 2 section of the Shanghai Airport connection line for high-precision assembly of integrated prefabricated box culverts at the bottom of a large-diameter shield tunnel and to accurately adjust the assembly attitude of the box culvert according to tunnel linear.To achieve the above,the following steps are followed:First,the composition and design of the recommended system are introduced;second,the forward and reverse kinematics equations of the three-rotating-DOF platform are established and solved;and third,the strength of the structural parts is calculated using ABAQUS finite element simulation.The results show that the structural strength,motion range,and motion accuracy of the assembly system satisfy the practical engineering requirements.The application from the Shanghai Airport connection line reveals the high precision and intelligent assembly efficiency of the recommended system.
