摘要
[目的/意义]在当今数据智能时代,数据智能是大数据和人工智能融合领域的新术语和重大前沿课题。何为数据智能作为数据智能的最基本理论问题,准确回答这一问题具有重大理论意义和学术价值。[方法/过程]主要运用理论思辨与逻辑推理方法,在梳理数据智能概念的现有典型认识的基础上,提取关于数据智能概念的共性认识,并给出数据智能的定义。在此基础上,提出数据智能的构成要素,并解释数据智能的多重含义。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,数据智能是指针对某一现实场景从数据中分析提取对管理有用的信息,并用于服务和支持管理的能力。构成数据智能的四大核心要素是场景、数据、分析与管理。同时,可将数据智能视为一种思维、产品、过程、能力或工具技术。
[Purpose/Significance]In this era of data intelligence,data intelligence is a new term and a major frontier topic in the field of big data and artificial intelligence integration.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and academic value to accurately answer the most fundamental theoretical problem for data intelligence,namely what is data intelligence.[Method/Process]By using the methods of theoretical speculation and logical reasoning,based on a summary on existing explanations on data intelligence concept,this paper extracted the common understandings of data intelligence concept,and proposed a definition of data intelligence.Based on these,this paper proposed the elements of data intelligence,and explained the multiple meanings of data intelligence.[Result/Conclusion]Results of this study show that,data intelligence refers to a ability that is the analysis and extraction of useful information for management from data for a real scenario in order to service and support management.The four core elements of data intelligence are scenario,data,analysis and management.Meanwhile,data intelligence can be regarded as a thinking,product,process,ability,or tool and technology.
