类风湿关节炎病人饮食管理的证据总结

Evidence summary for dietary management in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的:检索并总结类风湿关节炎病人饮食管理的相关证据,为类风湿关节炎病人的饮食护理提供理论依据。方法:运用循证护理的方法,按照“6S”模型自上而下系统检索国内外数据库中关于类风湿关节炎病人饮食管理的证据,包括指南、证据总结、专家共识和系统评价。检索时限为各数据库建库至2022年1月9日。结果:共纳入13篇文献,包括指南2篇、专家意见1篇、临床决策3篇、系统评价7篇。从5个方面共总结出11条证据,分别为评估、体重管理、饮食种类、营养素推荐、饮食的运动管理。结论:形成的有关类风湿关节炎病人饮食管理的证据,可为我国类风湿关节炎病人饮食管理提供循证依据,建议医护人员在临床运用过程中,结合我国的文化背景、实施环境及病人偏好等因素,针对性地选择合适的证据进行转化。

Objective:To search and summarize the relevant evidence of diet management of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and to provide theoretical basis for diet nursing of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Using evidence-based nursing method,according to the"6S"model,the evidence of dietary management of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was systematically searched from domestic and foreign databases,including guidelines,evidence summary,expert consensus and systematic review.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to January 9,2022.Results:A total of 13 articles were included,including 2 guidelines,1 expert opinion,3 clinical decisions and 7 systematic reviews.A total of 11 pieces of evidence were summarized from 5 aspects,namely assessment,weight management,diet types,nutrient recommendations,and exercise management of diet.Conclusion:The evidence related to the diet management of patients with rheumatoid arthritis can provide evidence-based basis for the diet management of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in China.It is suggested that medical staff in the clinical application process,combined with the cultural background,implementation environment and patient preferences and other factors,targeted selection of appropriate evidence for transformation.
