Summary of the evidence for exercise intervention in cancer-related fatigue in cancer patients

目的:基于运动肿瘤学处方框架,检索、评价、整合癌症病人癌因性疲乏运动干预的最佳证据,为临床医护人员实施癌因性疲乏运动干预提供参考。方法:系统检索BMJ Best Practice、Up To Date、澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心、the Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、医脉通、中国知网、万方数据库、美国国家综合癌症网络、美国临床肿瘤学会、欧洲临床肿瘤协会等数据库和专业学会网站。检索时限为各数据库建库至2022年3月。结果:共纳入13篇文献,包括临床决策1篇、指南5篇、专家共识1篇、证据总结1篇、系统评价及Meta分析5篇,总结出29条最佳证据。结论:癌症病人癌因性疲乏运动干预的最佳证据可为临床实践提供循证证据,医护人员可从完善运动前评估体系、遵循运动方案制定原则、推动运动干预方案处方化3个方面提高运动干预方案的有效性;同时结合病人活动意愿,遵循个体化和循序渐进原则,推动癌症病人科学运动干预,提高病人康复质量。

Objective:Based on the framework of sports oncology prescription,to retrieve,evaluate and integrate the best evidence of exercise intervention for cancer-related fatigue in cancer patients,and to provide reference for clinical medical staff to implement exercise intervention for cancer-related fatigue.Methods:BMJ Best Practice,Up To Date,Australia JBI evidence-based health care center,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,Yimaitong,CNKI,WanFang Database,NCCN,ASCO,ESMO and other databases and professional association websites were systematically searched.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of each database to March 2022.Results:A total of 13 articles were included,including 1 clinical decision,5 guidelines,1 expert consensus,1 evidence summary,5 systematic reviews and Meta-analysis,and 29 pieces of evidence were summarized.Conclusion:The best evidence of exercise intervention for cancer patients with cancer-related fatigue can provide evidence-based evidence for clinical practice.Medical staff can improve the effectiveness of exercise intervention programs from three aspects:improving the pre-exercise evaluation system,following the principles of exercise program formulation,and promoting the prescription of exercise intervention programs.At the same time,in combination with the patient's willingness to participate in activities,follow the principles of individualization and gradual progress,promote scientific sports intervention for cancer patients,and improve the patient's rehabilitation quality.
