摘要
给出一种依靠轨道运输来实现循环前移的单元液压支架的设计方案,拟解决煤矿巷道支护过程中液压支架对巷道顶板反复支撑而导致顶板破碎的问题。该单元支架为门式结构,可通过支架内部的千斤顶实现支架高度和宽度的伸缩。巷道末端支架收缩后,将支架外侧的滚轮搭载于前部支架内部的轨道上,通过牵引滑移至巷道前端重新展开后进行支护作业。
Presented a design scheme of unit hydraulic support which relies on rail transportation to realize cycle forward moving.It is intended to solve the problem of roof breakage caused by repeated support of hydraulic support to roadway roof in the process of coal mine roadway support.The unit support is a portal structure,which can realize the expansion of height and width through the jack inside the support.After the support at the end of the roadway shrinks,the roller outside the support is carried on the track inside the front support,slides to the front of the roadway,and then extends again for support operation.
