基于旋转密封可靠性试验系统的密封件性能验证

摘要 为了延长旋转密封件的使用寿命,同时降低旋转密封件的故障率,依据GB/T 13871.4-2007及GB/T 14273-1993的要求,提出了一种通过单一要素控制的试验方法完成旋转密封件的多项对比试验,通过分析对比试验结果以获取影响旋转密封件密封效果和使用寿命的因素。结果表明:通过粗糙度试验,从工艺性及经济性等角度出发,可以选用Ra0.8的轴径;通过轴径硬度试验,轴径的合理硬度为45~55 HRC;通过径向力试验及数据计算,合理的径向力为30 N左右;通过多种密封形式对比试验,可以看出一体式密封件密封效果较其他形式更好;通过设置不同转速,建立加速度理论模型,可以找出寿命与转速的关系。 In order to prolong the service life of the rotary seal and reduce the failure rate of the rotary seal,according to the requirements of GB/T 13871.4-2007 and GB/T 14273-1993,a test method controlled by a single element was proposed to complete multiple comparative tests of the rotary seal,and the factors affecting the sealing effect and service life of the rotary seal were obtained by analyzing the comparative test results.The results show that through the roughness test,shaft diameter of Ra0.8 can be selected from the perspective of technology and economy;through the shaft diameter hardness test,the reasonable hardness range of shaft diameter is 45~55 HRC;through the radial force test and data calculation,the reasonable radial force value is about 30 N;through the comparative test of various sealing forms,it can be seen that the sealing effect of integrated seal is better than that of other forms;by setting different speeds and establishing the theoretical model of acceleration,the relationship between life and speed can be found out.
