摘要
以ZY4000/13/28型液压支架为例,分析支架顶梁在偏载、扭转工况下的受力情况,优化顶梁的结构,消除顶梁的危险点,在保证顶梁结构强度的情况下减轻顶梁的质量,减少焊接量。借助有限元分析软件,分析顶梁的应力、变形,优化了顶梁的主肋/横肋分布、盖板等。通过优化设计,降低了顶梁结构折弯件处的应力值,同时顶梁部装的质量减轻了133.72 kg,达到了优化目标。
The ZY4000/13/28 hydraulic support was used as the example to analyze the stress of the top beam of the support under eccentric load and torsional conditions,optimized the structure of the top beam,eliminated the dangerous points of the top beam,under the condition of ensuring the structural strength of the top beam,reduced the mass of the top beam and reduced the amount of welding.By means of finite element analysis software,the stress and deformation of the roof beam were analyzed,and the main reinforcement,transverse reinforcement distribution,cover plate,etc.of the roof beam were optimized.Through the optimized design,the stress value at the bending parts of the roof beam structure was reduced.The mass of the parts was reduced by 133.72 kg,which achieves the optimization goal.
