摘要
阐述了目前转载机收煤装置及缓冲装置的几种结构,分析了各装置的特点,并通过对比的方式对转载机收煤及缓冲装置提出了最优的组合形式。结果表明,煤矿采用最优组合形式后,提高了转载机收煤效果及对输送带的保护,为井下煤矿的连续生产提供了有力的保障,实现了煤矿的安全高效生产。
Expounded several structures of the current transfer machine coal receiving device and buffer device,analyzed the characteristics of the above devices,and put forward the optimal combination form for the transfer machine coal receiving device and buffer device through comparison.The results show that after the coal mine adopts the optimal combination form,the transfer machine coal receiving effect and belt protection are improved,which provides a strong guarantee for the continuous production of underground coal mine,and realizes the safe and efficient production of coal mine.
