摘要
为解决带式输送机搭接处机尾频繁被砸坏等问题,以转载机接煤点为研究对象,结合综采工作面机尾自移装置的结构及原理,设计了带式输送机搭接位置缓冲装置,有效降低了落煤对输送带的波形冲击,提高了搭接位置的机架稳定性,降低了故障率。
In order to solve the problem that the belt conveyor tail is broken frequently in lap position,taking the catching coal point of the transfer conveyor as the research object,combined with the structure and principle of the tail self-moving device in fully mechanized mining face,a buffer device in lap position of belt conveyor was designed,which effectively reduces the wave impact of coal falling on the belt,improves the stability of the frame in lap position,and reduces the failure rate.
