摘要 柱塞泵在液压系统中发挥着重要的作用。为解决柱塞泵运行过程中状态信息难以有效提取的问题,以泵出口处的压力信号作为分析对象,利用经验小波变换(EWT)对压力信号进行分解与重构,并通过实验验证该方法的有效性。 Plunger pump plays an important role in hydraulic system.In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to extract the condition information effectively during the operation of the plunger pump,the pressure signal at the exit of the pump was taken as analysis object,and the empirical wavelet transform(EWT)was used to decompose and reconstruct the pressure signal.The effectiveness of this method was verified by experiment.
