SPN在煤矿的运用与防爆设计

摘要 针对煤矿工业以太网传输技术没有精确的时间机制以及强大的网络流量安全措施,现有5G通信无法在煤矿智能化网络覆盖中承载的问题,提出了SPN技术在煤矿井下运用的方案,解决了煤矿井下数据时间戳和网络数据安全快速安全传输的问题。通过SPN技术在煤矿的通信方案设计,阐述了SPN技术在煤矿通信方面的运用,重点说明了煤矿井下SPN设备的设计。贵州青龙煤矿的应用证明,SPN技术在煤矿智能化通信方面具有非常明显的优势。 In view of the problems that the ethernet transmission technology in coal mine industry has no accurate time mechanism and strong network traffic security measures,and the existing 5G communication can′t be used in the intelligent network coverage of coal mine,put forward the application scheme of SPN technology in coal mine,which solves the problems of coal mine data timestamp and network data safe,fast and safe transmission.Through the design of SPN technology in coal mine communication scheme,the application of SPN technology in coal mine communication was expounded,and the design of underground SPN equipment in coal mine was emphasized.The application of Qinglong coal mine in Guizhou proves that SPN technology has obvious advantages in intelligent communication in coal mines.
