摘要 为了保证DM935KT矿用特殊型阀控式铅酸蓄电池的安全使用和使用寿命,设计了防爆特殊型电源装置蓄电池监测系统。监测系统对蓄电池极柱温度、壳体温度以及电压信号进行采集,通过蓝牙无线信号传输,使控制箱对电源装置在充、放电过程进行监测和报警。实现了电源装置中蓄电池状态的在线监测,极大地方便了煤矿对电源装置的管理。 In order to ensure the safe use and service life of DM935KT mining special type valve-regulated lead-acid storage battery,a monitoring system for explosion-proof special type power supply device storage battery was designed.The monitoring system collects the temperature of the pole,the temperature of the shell and the voltage signal of the storage battery,and transmits the wireless signal through bluetooth,so that the control box can monitor and alarm the power supply device during the charging and discharging process.The on-line monitoring of the storage battery state in the power supply device was realized,which greatly facilitates the management of the power supply device in the coal mine.
