摘要
绳索取芯钻进工艺在提高钻进效率与取芯率、降低劳动强度和降低钻探综合成本等方面所具有的优势,普通取芯钻进无法比拟。适用于φ88.9 mm钻具的绳索取芯器,因施工设计中对取芯岩芯直径要求,对工艺进行改进,改进后绳索取芯器可适用于φ114.3 mm钻具。针对取芯过程中出现的跳钻、上提打捞器卡钻、绳索钢丝绳打圈、取芯钻头磨损严重等问题,采取措施有效解决了以上问题,以超高的采取率成功钻穿煤层、煤系。
The advantages of rope coring drilling technology improves drilling efficiency,coring rate,reducing labor intensity and comprehensive cost of drilling are incomparable to that of ordinary core drilling.The rope coring tool is suitable for φ88.9 mm drilling tools.Due to the requirements of core diameter in the construction design,the process was improved.After the improvement,the rope coring tool can be suitable for φ114.3 mm drilling tools.In view of the problems in the process of coring,such as drilling jump,lifting fishing device stuck,rope and wire rope looped,coring drill bit wear,etc.,various measures were taken to effectively solve the above problems,which successfully drilled through coal seam and coal measures with an ultra-high adoption rate.
