液压支架千斤顶焊缝坡口形式优化

摘要 为了提升液压支架φ200 mm以下千斤顶缸体焊缝的一次探伤合格率,对缸体坡口形式进行优化,设计焊接电弧更容易到达根部的坡口形式,改为对称60°V形坡口形式。结果表明:优化后的焊缝坡口形式更易焊接,便于焊缸工段加强过程控制,稳定了焊接质量,大大提高一次探伤合格率。 In order to improve the qualified rate of primary flaw detection of the welding seam of the cylinder block of hydraulic support jack below φ200 mm,the groove form of the cylinder block was optimized.Designed groove form,which welding arc more easily to reach the root changed to the symmetrical 60°V-shape groove form.The results show that the optimized weld groove form is easier to weld,convenient for welding cylinder section to strengthen the process control,stable welding quality,and greatly improve the qualified rate of primary flaw detection.
