矸石充填液压支架夯实机构的优化设计

摘要 影响充填开采上覆岩层控制效果的关键因素是矸石的充填率和密实率。为提高矸石充填率和密实率,唐口煤业有限公司充填液压支架增加了夯实机构对充填矸石进行夯实处理。通过提高铰接点高度,采用中部无动力随动型二级伸缩夯实机构,ZC7500/20/40(B)改进型充填液压支架在井下进行了将近1 a的工业性生产试验,充填效果达到了预期的设计目标,为类似条件矿井的充填开采提供了技术借鉴。 The key factors affecting the control effect of overlying strata in filling mining are the filling rate and compaction rate of gangue.In order to improve the filling rate and compacting rate of gangue,a compacting mechanism was added for the filling hydraulic support of Tangkou Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.to compact the filled gangue.By increasing the height of the hinge point,adopting the non power twostage telescopic compacting mechanism in the middle,the industrial production test of ZC7500/20/40(B)improved filling hydraulic support has been carried out underground for nearly one year.The filling effect has achieved the expected design purpose,and provides a technical reference for the filling and mining of mines under similar conditions.
