机械造穴增透技术在硬煤层穿层抽采钻孔的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对当前焦作矿区低渗透硬煤层穿层钻孔水力冲煤效率低、影响区域瓦斯治理工程进度的问题,改进了两翼机械水刀造穴装置,利用不同水压控制活塞移动前端出水与机械刀臂打开,实现机械和高压水联合造穴。通过现场试验,考察机械造穴装置的造穴压力、造穴粒径、造穴影响范围、冲煤速度、冲煤效率、每米冲煤量等关键参数。结果表明,机械造穴冲孔的冲煤速度、冲煤效率和造穴影响范围均有所提高。 In view of the low efficiency of hydraulic coal flushing in the low permeability and hard coal seam cross seam drilling in the Jiaozuo mining area,which affects the progress of regional gas control project,improved the two-wing mechanical water knife caving device,different water pressures were used to control the water outlet of the piston moving front end and the opening of the mechanical tool arm to realize the joint caving of mechanical and high-pressure water.Through the engineering application tests,the key parameters of mechanical caving device,such as caving pressure,caving particle size,caving influence range,coal-flushing speed,coal-flushing efficiency and coal-flushing quantity per meter were investigated.The results show that the coal-flushing speed,coal-flushing efficiency and the caving influence range of the mechanical caving punching are improved.
