摘要
在矿井特殊工况下针对多通道信号实时状态监测和故障诊断的实际需要,基于LabVIEW软件开发平台设计了一种矿井信号测控系统。介绍了矿井用多通道测控系统的设计原理和工作过程,借助NI USB-6210数据采集卡进行数据采集和信号控制,利用51单片机对该板卡的信号输出口进行了拓展,实现了矿井用多通道数据的测量、处理、保存、显示、报警、打印等功能,能有效对下位机开关阀进行准确控制,满足矿井特殊工况下的监控和诊断要求。该系统在开发过程中采用巧妙的设计手段和新颖的逻辑编程方法,可为工业测控领域的设计人员提供技术参考和经验。
Aiming at the actual needs of real-time status monitoring and fault diagnosis of multi-channel signal under special mine working conditions,a mine signal measurement and control system was designed based on LabVIEW software development platform.Introduced the design principle and working process of this system:with the aid of NI USB-6210 data acquisition card for data acquisition and signal control,adopts 51 single chip microcomputer to expand the signal output of this interface card,realizes the functions of mine multi-channel data measurement,processing,storage,display,alarm and printing,etc.It can effectively control the switch valve of the lower computer accurately and meet the requirements of monitoring and diagnosis under special working conditions of the mine.This system adopts ingenious design means and novel logic programming method in the development process,which can provide technical reference and experience for designers in the industrial measurement and control field.
