摘要
以某矿用车辆发动机连杆为研究对象,采用UG三维软件进行建模,并将其导入有限元软件ANSYS Workbench中,根据连杆的受力极限情况,选取4种不同的材料,对连杆进行静力学分析,得到最大应力和最大变形。结果表明,在选取的4种材料中,抗变形能力最好的为42CrMo,TC4的最大应力最小,40Cr的综合性能最好。
Taking a mining vehicle engine connecting rod as the research object,the UG three-dimensional software was used for modeling,and it was imported into the finite element software ANSYS Workbench.According to the force limit of the engine connecting rod,four kinds of engines with different materials were selected.The connecting rod was subjected to static analysis to obtain the maximum stress and maximum deformation.The results show that among the four selected materials,the material with the best deformation resistance is 42CrMo,TC4 has the smallest maximum stress,and 40Cr has the best comprehensive performance.
