超深井同井采注安全控制工具设计及应用

摘要 同心双管同井采注工艺可实现一井多用、节约钻井成本、提高单井利用效率,但在超深井中使用深井安全阀存在打不开等安全风险问题。对该工艺安全控制工具进行了改进和完善,设计了环空安全阀、小尺寸安全阀等快速关断装置来实现井控安全。该安全控制工艺在南海海上油田超深井同井采注作业中成功应用,在注水和采油2路通道中取得了良好的隔离效果和安全管控,满足海上油田油水井生产安全环保要求。研究结果对国内同井采注工艺技术在超深井中的发展应用具有重要的参考和借鉴意义。 Concentric dual-tube production and injection technology in the same well can realize multiple purposes of one well,save drilling cost and improve single well utilization efficiency,but there are safety risks such as the safety valve of deep well can’t be opened in ultra-deep wells.The safety control tools of the process are improved and perfected,and the quick shut-off devices such as the annular safety valve and the small-sized safety valve are designed to realize the well control safety.The safety control process has been successfully applied in the same well production and injection operation of ultra-deep wells in offshore oil field of South China Sea,and has achieved good isolation effect and safety control in the two channels of water injection and oil production,meeting the production safety and environmental protection requirements of oil and water wells in offshore oil fields.The research results have important reference and reference significance for the development and application of the same well production and injection technology in ultra-deep wells in China.
