This paper discusses the phases such as site selection,construction and maintenance of the convergence room,con⁃structs the security assessment model of the convergence room,comprehensively analyzes the various factors affecting the safety opera⁃tion and maintenance of the convergence room,and provides a reference direction for the operators to manage the whole life cycle of the convergence room.
