摘要 对国产Inconel 625型镍基材料的耐腐蚀性能进行研究,从国产镍基Inconel 625堆焊焊材的堆焊层取样,分别进行化学成分、剪切、弯曲、硬度等试验,化学成分和力学性能均满足技术要求;堆焊层进行晶间腐蚀、点腐蚀、应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)等试验,耐腐蚀试验数据较好,耐腐蚀性能优良。 The corrosion resistance of domestic Inconel 625 nickel-based materials has been studied. The samples have been taken from the surfacing layer of domestic nickel-based Inconel 625 surfacing welding materials, and the tests of chemical composition, shear, bending and hardness have been carried out respectively. The chemical composition and mechanical properties have met the technical requirements. The surfacing layer has been subjected to intergranular corrosion, pitting corrosion, stress corrosion cracking(SCC) and other tests. The corrosion resistance test data are good and the corrosion resistance is excellent.
