SA-335 P91马氏体耐热钢焊接工艺研究

摘要 介绍了SA-335 P91马氏体耐热钢的化学成分及力学性能、冶金性能以及正火+回火热处理温度对材料性能的影响。对SA-335 P91钢的焊接性以及焊缝马氏体组织转变进行了分析。焊接工艺评定试验根据产品制造的需求,进行GTAW+SAW焊接试验,根据焊材熔敷金属中镍+锰元素的含量,确定合理的焊后热处理工艺,最终经力学性能试验,得到了力学性能良好的焊接接头,焊接接头硬度值满足标准的要求,焊缝微观组织为回火马氏体。 This paper introduces the chemical composition, mechanical properties and metallurgical properties of SA-335 P91 martensitic heat-resistant steel and the effect of normalizing+tempering temperature on material properties. The weldability of SA-335 P91 steel and the martensitic transformation of weld have been analyzed. According to the requirements of product manufacturing, the GTAW+SAW welding test has been carried out. According to the content of nickel and manganese in the deposited metal of the welding material, the reasonable post-weld heat treatment process has been determined. Finally, through the mechanical property test, the welded joint with good mechanical properties has been obtained. The hardness value of the welded joint meets the requirements of the standard, and the microstructure of the weld is tempered martensite.
