公园城市的提出体现了我国生态文明建设的发展方向,可促进城市可持续发展,对提升城市高品质环境具有重要意义。沈阳正以塑造北方国际大都市作为发展目标,积极启动公园城市建设。从公园城市理念出发,阐述公园城市的内涵,分析沈阳市公园城市现状和存在的问题,并提出沈阳市公园城市规划建设的建议。

The proposal of park city reflects the development direction of China’s ecological civilization construction,enhances the sustainability of the city,and is of great significance to improve the high-quality environment of the city.Shenyang is taking the shaping of an international metropolis in the north as its development goal,and is actively starting the construction of a new park city.Starting from the development of the concept of park city,this paper expounds the connotation of park city,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Shenyang park city,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the planning and construction of Shenyang park city.
