“两山理论”作为建设中国特色可持续发展的行动纲领,其生态环保与资源开发利用相协调的发展模式是我国社会主义现代化发展过程中的前进方向。以杭州市余杭区瓶窑苕溪小镇改造项目为例,论述其在镇区水环境治理及街巷空间整治等建设行动中的具体策略。

As a program of action for building sustainable development with Chinese characteristics,the development mode of Two-mountain Theory that coordinates ecological environmental protection with resource development and utilization is the forward direction in the process of China’s socialist modernization development.Taking renovation project of Tiaoxi Town in Pingyao,Yuhang District,Hangzhou as an example,discussing the specific strategies of historical and cultural inheritance,ecological environment restoration and industrial development integration in the construction actions such as water environment renovation and street space renovation in the town.
