基于高品质建筑效果管控的多维度一体化设计模式研究

Multi-dimensional Integrated Design Mode Based on High-quality Architectural Expression Control

现阶段建筑设计仍存在建筑与室内、景观、幕墙、机电、泛光、标识等其他专项设计不同团队、时序割裂等问题,给整个建筑品质、建设工期、工程造价等环节带来诸多不利因素。结合实际项目经验提出基于高品质建筑效果管控的多维度一体化设计模式,总结多维度一体化设计的策略及管控要点,旨在从根本上提升建筑的高品质设计水平与实现完成度,为更多的工程设计项目提供借鉴。

At the present stage,there are still problems in the architectural design,such as the separation of different teams and time sequence between architecture and interior,landscape,curtain wall,electromechanical,floodlight,logo and other special design,which brings many adverse factors to the whole construction quality,construction period,project cost and other links.Based on the actual project experience,this paper proposes a multi-dimensional integrated design model based on the control of high-quality building effects,summarizes the strategy and control points of multi-dimensional integrated design,aiming at fundamentally improving the level of high-quality design and the degree of completion of the building,and provides reference for more engineering design projects.
