摘要
当前,利用垂直混合功能空间模式多维度开发利用地铁站点周边地块的研究尚处于起步阶段。以昆山高新区世纪大厦双塔为例,探讨在地铁站点相邻地块内开发超高层建筑的优势,并结合地铁站点的人流特点,通过景观连廊设计提高其可达性,同时提升相邻用地的商业价值。
At present,the research on the multi-dimensional development and utilization of subway station value in the vertical mixed functional space is still in its infancy.Taking the Century Building in Kunshan High-tech Zone as an example,this paper discusses the advantages of developing super high-rise buildings in the adjacent plots of the subway station,and combines the characteristics of the subway pedestrian flow to improve the accessibility of the subway station and the commercial value of the adjacent land through landscape corridor design.
