剖析开放式住区概念,以滁州金沙广场项目为例,通过住区空间与公园空间的相互融合,酒店、商业及公寓在旅馆用地上的组合,探索开放式住区布局方式,从空间结构、交通组织、景观设计、公共服务设施等层面阐述开放式住区设计策略。

Concept of open residential area is analyzed,taking the project of Jinsha Square in Chuzhou as an example,explores the layout of open residential area through the integration of residential area space and park space,the combination of hotel,business and apartment on hotel land,and expounds design strategies of open residential area from the aspects of space structure,traffic organization,landscape design and public service facilities.
