微观尺度下城市快递网点空间格局及影响因素--以成都市中心城区为例

Spatial Pattern and Influencing Factors of Urban Express Outlets at Micro Scale:--Take the Downtown Area of Chengdu as an Example

电子商务的盛行助推着下游环节的快递行业迅速发展,研究其空间格局和影响因素具有重要意义。本文基于POI数据,运用核密度估计、空间自相关和地理加权回归模型从微观尺度探究成都市中心城区快递服务网点的空间格局及影响因素。结果表明:网点的空间分布存在空间正相关关系,整体上表现为“中心为主,多核集聚”的空间分布格局;不同类型快递网点呈现出不同的分布特征,且受地区经济发展水平、人口密度和规模、土地利用类型、交通便捷条件等多重因素影响。

The prevalence of e-commerce has boosted the rapid development of the express delivery industry in the downstream link.It is of great significance to study its spatial pattern and influencing factors.Based on POI data,this paper uses kernel density estimation,spatial autocorrelation and geographically weighted regression model to explore the spatial pattern and influencing factors of express service outlets in the central urban area of Chengdu from the micro scale.The results show that there is a positive spatial correlation in the spatial distribution of outlets,and the overall spatial distribution pattern is"center-based,multi-core agglomeration",different types of express outlets show different distribution characteristics,and are affected by multiple factors such as regional economic development level,population density and scale,land use type,and convenient transportation conditions.
