摘要 基于30 m地表覆盖数据(GlobeLand30)处理相关理论、算法以及软件设计方法,并基于ArcGIS平台,研发了面向GlobeLand30数据准备、数据预处理、数据生产、项目管理和数据质检等流程的专业软件。该软件分为栅格编辑、辅助工具、检查工具、设置与注册4个模块,有工具40余个。介绍了软件的主要功能、面向对象的设计理念、创新性的算法设计。软件自主编写了栅格准备、编辑与检查的一系列算法。提出了数据准备模板化的数据更新方式,开创了基于ArcGIS的30 m地表覆盖数据实时编辑的生产模式。支持自动保存机制,回撤编辑不区分操作方式,约束是否编辑0值,保障数据安全。提供了分景数据和裁切影像的相关检查工具,可以定位、定性、定量、准确、完备地查找错误,优化了检查方式。根据使用单位反馈,软件各项指标均满足应用单位生产与质检需求。 Based on the theories,algorithms and software design methods related to the processing of 30 m surface coverage data(GlobeLand30),and based on ArcGIS platform,professional software for GlobeLand30 data preparation,data preprocessing,data production,project management and data quality inspection is developed.The software is divided into four modules:grid editing,auxiliary tools,inspection tools,setting and registration,with more than 40 tools.This paper introduces the main functions of the software,the object-oriented design concept and the innovative algorithm design.The software independently contains a series of algorithms for grid preparation,editing and inspection.The data updating mode of data preparation template is proposed,and the production mode of real-time editing of 30 m surface coverage data based on ArcGIS is created.Automatic saving mechanism is supported.Fallback editing does not distinguish between operation modes.It restricts whether to edit 0 value to ensure data security.It provides relevant inspection tools for scene data and cutting images,which can qualitatively,quantitatively,accurately and completely locate errors,and optimize the inspection method.According to the feedback from the user,all indicators of the software meet the production and quality inspection requirements of the application unit.
