Design and Implementation of Urban Three-dimensional Planning Management and Approval System

为实现城市规划管理审批一体化和精细化的发展要求,本文以智慧城市时空信息云平台提供的二三维地理信息数据为基础,开发了城市三维规划管理审批系统,详细阐述了系统建设的体系架构、数据库、功能以及实现的关键技术,更好地发挥了城市三维模型在城市规划管理中的作用,提升了城市规划管理智慧化水平。

To realize the development requirements of integrated and refined urban planning management and approval,this paper develops a three-dimensional urban planning management and approval system based on the two-dimensional and three-dimensional geographic information data provided by the spatio-temporal information cloud platform of smart city,and elaborates the system architecture,database,functions and key technologies for the system construction.The application of three-dimensional urban model in urban planning and management has been enhanced,and the intelligent level of urban planning and management has been advanced.
