房地一体权籍调查方法研究与应用

Research and Application of Integrated Cadastral Survey Method of Land and House

农村宅基地确权登记需要权籍调查作为数据支撑。面对传统权籍调查方法效率低、无法建立房地一体调查数据库等问题,本文提出了一种房地一体的权籍调查方法。设计了房地一体权籍调查工艺流程,并对房地一体调查关键方法进行了重点论述。福清农房权籍调查项目应用结果表明,房地一体权籍调查方法切实可行,调查成果可直接应用于农房确权登记发证工作。

Cadastral survey is the basis for the confirmation,registration and certification of the use right of rural homestead and collective construction land.In view of the low efficiency of traditional cadastral survey methods and the inability to establish an integrated real estate survey database,this paper puts forward a cadastral investigation method integrating house and land.This paper designs the process flow of integrated real estate cadastral survey,and focuses on the key methods of integrated real estate survey.The application results of Fuqing rural house cadastral survey project show that,the method of real estate cadastral survey is feasible,and the survey results can be directly applied to the right confirmation,registration and certification of rural house.
