摘要
目的:减少患者门诊排队缴费时间,提升患者门诊就诊满意度。方法:对门诊各个环节的程序进行方案改造,实现门诊医生站、门诊检查程序、门诊化验系统、药房收费系统的诊间结算。主要结果:诊间结算率逐步提高,所有门诊科室平均门诊诊间结算率能达到70%以上,患者在门诊各个诊室、检查检验诊室及药房都可以直接结算,节省时间都在30min以上。主要结论:真正实现通过信息化优化患者门诊就医流程,改善患者门诊就医体验,提升了患者满意度。
Objective:To reduce the queue payment time of patients and improve the patient’s satisfaction with outpatient visits.Methods:The program transformation of each link of the outpatient clinic is carried out to realize the outpatient direct settlement of the outpatient doctor’s station,outpatient examination procedure,outpatient laboratory system,and pharmacy charging system.Main results:The outpatient direct settlement rate has gradually increased,the average outpatient direct settlement rate of all outpatient departments can reach more than 70%,and direct settlement can be performed in each outpatient room,examination and laboratory room and pharmacy,saving time by more than 30 min.Main conclusion:It can truly achieve the optimization of the outpatient medical process through informatization,improve the outpatient medical experience of patients,and enhance patient satisfaction.
