大数据技术在电力物资采购中的管理与应用

摘要 新基建的快速推进大大提高了我国电力物资采购需求。电力物资采购和管理是现代智慧供应链中的重要一环,但目前存在采购对象成本和质量矛盾、采购管理信息化程度不高、采购风险评估缺乏等问题。本文从大数据管理的视角,对大数据在物资采购过程中的应用进行了探讨;通过分析典型的电力物资采购平台架构,对所汇集的信息类型和数据特点进行分析,提出了基于大数据的电力物资采购管理和应用方法,为采购全环节的信息化建设提供参考。 The rapid advancement of new infrastructure has greatly increased the procurement demand of electric power materials in China.The procurement and management of electric power materials is an important part of the modern smart supply chain,but there are problems such as the contradiction between the cost and quality of procurement objects,the low degree of informatization of procurement management,and the lack of procurement risk assessment at present.From the perspective of big data management,this paper discusses the application of big data in the process of material procurement.By analyzing the architecture of typical electric power material procurement platform,the information types and data characteristics gathered are analyzed,and the electric power material procurement management and application method based on big data is proposed,which provides reference for the informatization construction of the whole procurement process.
