摘要
基于青州某企业延迟焦化装置水力除焦系统设备使用的除焦阀门,出现的进水管线振动大,声音响且阀芯上下运动时阻力大的情况,加上国家对石油炼化企业的环保及工业自动化的要求越来越高,根据实际情况和现场相关配套设备的一些配置,提出除焦阀门驱动装置气动改电动的技术改型设想。本文从技术改型过程中的两种驱动结构对比、现场适用工况、改造技术难度及所遇故障解决进行分析,来证实技术改型的可行性,从而更好地推动技术改型的最终实现。
Based on the fact that the decoking valve used in the hydraulic decoking system equipment of the delayed coking device of an enterprise in Qingzhou has the great vibration of inlet pipeline,loud sound and large resistance of the valve core during up and down movement,and the national requirements for environmental protection and industrial automation of petroleum refining chemical enterprises are increasing,according to the actual situation and some configurations of related supporting equipment on site,the technical modification idea of gas to electricity of decoking valve drive device is proposed.This paper analyzes the comparison of the two driving structures,the applicable working conditions on site,the difficulty of the modification technology and the fault resolution encountered in the process of technical modification,so as to confirm the feasibility of technical modification,thus better promoting the final realization of technical modification.
