Brief Analysis of New Methods of Checking Primary Technical Status in New Quality Trend

在航天强国的背景要求下,随着商业资本进入航天领域,以及国家重大工程项目的多线并行开展,航天研究院所的企业化、市场化进程加速推进,这些给型号项目的质量管理提出了新要求,型号项目研制面临着新的质量形势。新形势下,原有的基层技术状态把关存在的问题日渐突出,亟须改变。本文从型号项目技术状态源头的文件审查把关上分析了存在的几点问题,并提出了针对性的改进措施,展示了改进方法后的执行效果,总结了该措施持续优化方向和改进要求,可以为给基层技术状态把关控制提供切实有效的参考。

Under the background requirements of powerful aerospace country,with the entry of commercial capital into the aerospace field,and the multi-line parallel development of major national engineering projects,the enterprise and marketization process of aerospace research institutes have accelerated,which put forward new requirements for the quality management of model projects,and the development of model projects is facing a new quality trend.Under the new trend,the problems existing in the original primary technical status check have become increasingly prominent and urgently need to be changed.This paper analyzes several problems from the document review,which is the source of the technical status of the model project,puts forward targeted improvement measures,shows the implementation effect after the method improvement,summarizes the continuous optimization direction and improvement requirements of the measure,and provides a practical and effective reference for the check of the primary technical state.
