试论大中专院校档案信息化建设存在的问题与对策

Discussion of Problems and Countermeasures in Archives Informatization Construction of Colleges and Universities

档案管理信息化是大中专院校管理工作的重要组成部分,有助于学校优化管理措施,创新工作机制,提高服务水平。在信息化时代,传统档案管理模式明显不能满足社会发展的需求,因此需要学校档案人员对原有管理模式实施有效转型升级,推动高校档案管理更加规范化、制度化和科学化。基于此,本文针对高校档案信息化建设问题进行详细阐述,并提出了有针对性的解决措施。

The informatization of archive management is an important part of the management work in colleges and universities,which is helpful for colleges and universities to optimize management measures,innovate working mechanisms,and improve service levels.In the information age,the traditional archives management mode obviously cannot meet the needs of social development,so it is necessary for archivists in colleges and universities to implement effective transformation and upgrading of the original management mode,and promote the more standardized,institutionalized and scientific management of archives in colleges and universities.Based on this condition,this paper elaborates on the problem of archives informatization construction in colleges and universities and puts forward targeted solutions.
