摘要
我国化学实验室日常运行带来大量化学废弃物,传统的回收方式在安全、环保和健康方面存在诸多不足。从便于使用、合理利用空间、安全、环保和健康保护等多方面着手,设计了新型的化学废弃物回收装置,整个装置设计在通风橱内,其结构特点包括采用气缸驱动密封盖开关、弹性安全气囊指示回收罐内压力以及非接触式液位计指示液体回收罐中的废液量等,能够回收固体废弃物、有机废液、无机废液以及洗涤实验器材的第一遍废水。
The daily operation of chemical laboratories in China brings a lot of chemical waste,and the traditional recycling methods have many shortcomings in terms of safety,environmental protection and health.We have designed a new chemical waste recovery device in the aim of easy use,rational use of space,safety,environmental and health protection.The whole device is designed in a fume hood,its structural features include the use of cylinder driven seal cover switch,elastic airbag to indicate the pressure in the recovery tank and non-contact level gauge to indicate the amount of liquid waste in the liquid recovery tank,and can recover solid waste,liquid organic waste and inorganic waste,as well as waste water from the first washing of experimental equipment.
