3D打印技术在岩石物理中的实验设计

摘要 3D打印技术作为一种新兴技术,具有显著制造特点及优势,已成为制造业关注焦点,正逐步应用到岩石物理实验领域,助力油气地球物理勘探。为培养学生从理论到应用的工程实践能力,扩展学生油气地球物理勘探知识,基于3D打印技术创新了一种利用人工岩石研究物性和弹性参数关系的实验方法。学生通过三维数字化建模及操作3D打印机生成实物模型样品,利用超声测量技术研究样品物性和弹性参数间的关系,加强岩石物理实验对地震定量解释作用的理解。该实验设计深化了学生对3D打印技术的认识和理解,激发了学生主动学习兴趣、培养了实践创新思维、扩展了从理论到实践思维的广度和深度。 As an emerging technology,3D printing has remarkable manufacturing advantages and characteristics,which has become the focus of future manufacturing industry and is gradually applied to the field of rock physics,which is conducive to oil geophysical exploration.In order to cultivate students’the practical engineering ability from theory to application and expand their knowledge of oil geophysical exploration,a new method of rock physics experiment is innovated based on 3D printing technology.The students make physical samples by three-dimensional modeling software such as 3D one,and 3D printer.Then,the physical properties and elastic parameters of samples are measured by ultrasonic measurement technology.The relationship between physical properties and elastic parameters of samples are studied,which deepens the understanding of quantitative seismic interpretation in rock physics experiments.The experimental design deepens understanding of 3D printing technology,stimulates students active interest in learning,cultivates practical and innovative thinking,and expands the breadth and depth of thinking from theory to practice.
