以模块化管理促进实验教学的协同发展

摘要 现代生物学专业是多个分支学科的集合,不同的生物学实验课程既相对独立,又相互联系。中南民族大学实验教学与实验室管理中心结合生物学实验教学的实际情况进行了新的探索和实践,通过引进模块化管理模式,建立起“教师—实验技术人员—实验学生”模块化实验教学团队。通过建立专业实验教师与实验技术人员之间的功能协同关系、实验技术人员内部的共享-协同关系以及学生与实验教学的协同发展关系,实现了资源与智慧的优化与共享,促进了生物学实验教学的协同发展。 The modern biology major is a collection of multiple branch disciplines,and different biological experiment courses are relatively independent and interrelated.The experimental teaching and laboratory management center of South-Central University for Nationalities has carried out new exploration and practice in combination with the actual situation of biological experimental teaching.By introducing a modular management model,a modular experimental teaching team of“teacher-experimental technicians-experimental students”has been established.By establishing the functional cooperative relationship between professional experimental teachers and experimental technicians,the sharing-cooperative relationship among experimental technicians,and the cooperative development relationship between students and experimental teaching,the optimization and sharing of resources and wisdom has been realized,and the coordinated development of biology experiment teaching has been promoted.
