实验技术人才对促进高校科研事业的发展有着重要意义。针对实验技术岗对优秀人才吸引力低、实验技术人才培养困难及缺少对实验技术人才切实可行的考评体系等问题,中国科学技术大学结合自身科研服务需要,在人才选聘、人员培养、薪酬及晋升考核等方面采取措施,建成了一支高水平实验技术队伍,为学校的科研教学工作和社会经济发展做出了贡献。

Experimental technical talents are of great significance to promote the development of scientific research in universities.The salary of experimental technology posts in universities is low.Cultivating excellent experimental personnel is very difficult.Excellent talents have low interest in experimental technology.The evaluation system is not in accordance with the actual work content.University of Science and Technology of China has its own way to solve these problems.Take measures in talent selection,personnel training,salary and promotion assessment.The result is to build a high-level experimental technology team.The public experimental center has contributed to the scientific research work of the university and the local economy.
