设备管理是检测实验室依据质量管理体系文件对实验室检测结果进行有效控制的重要环节,通过对质量管理体系中设备管理工作流程的梳理和总结,得出检测实验室设备管理的两种方式,分类管理和流程管理。分类管理是横向管理和宏观管理,体现设备管理工作的计划性,流程管理则是纵向管理和微观管理,体现设备管理工作的可追溯性,实验室将两种管理方式有效地结合起来,可以提高实验室的设备管理工作的效率,降低设备影响实验室检测结果有效性的风险。

Equipment management is an important link for testing laboratories to effectively control the laboratory test results according to the quality management system documents.By combing and summarizing the equipment management workflow in the quality management system,two methods of equipment management in testing laboratories are obtained,classification management and process management.Classified management is horizontal management and macro management,reflecting the planning of equipment management,while process management is vertical management and micro management,reflecting the traceability of equipment management,the laboratory can effectively combine the two management methods to improve the experiment.The efficiency of equipment management in the laboratory can reduce the risk of equipment affecting the effectiveness of laboratory test results.
