新工科背景下集成电路综合性实践课程教学探究 被引量:1

摘要 在“新工科”背景下,培养集成电路领域创新型卓越人才的任务越来越急迫。以天津大学示范性微电子学院集成电路设计与集成系统专业为例,分析了国内高校在集成专业实践课程中普遍存在的问题,并围绕天津大学“新工科”建设行动路线,针对综合性实践课程提出了有机结合前沿技术、产学融合协同育人、创新授课与实践形式、丰富考核方式等一系列改革举措。近年来的实践效果表明改革取得了一定的成效。 In the context of the“Emerging Engineering Education”,the mission of training innovative talents in the field of integrated circuits is becoming more and more urgent.Taking the integrated circuit design and integration system specialty of the School of Microelectronics,Tianjin University,as an example,this paper analyzes the problems commonly existing in the major of integrated circuit practice courses of domestic universities.Be concerned with the“Emerging Engineering Education”construction route of Tianjin University,the paper puts forward a series of reforms to the comprehensive practical courses such as the frontier technologies integration,industry-university integration,innovative teaching and practice forms and enrich assessment methods.The practical effects in recent years show that the reform has achieved certain results.
