丙酮酸激酶M2型在结直肠癌中的研究进展

摘要 结直肠癌(Colorectal cancer,CRC)是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。丙酮酸激酶(Pyruvate kinase,PK)是糖代谢中的关键调节点,控制磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸向丙酮酸转化速率。PK有4种类型,丙酮酸激酶M2型(Pyruvate kinase M2,PKM2)是其中一种,在CRC等肿瘤组织中以PKM2为主。PKM2控制肿瘤细胞的有氧糖酵解,能转移至细胞核参与多种促癌因子的表达。本文主要对PKM2在CRC中功能及其调控机制的研究进展进行综述。 Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignant tumors;Pyruvate kinase(PK)is a key regulatory point in glucose metabolism,which controls the conversion rate of phosphoenolpyruvate to pyruvate.There are four types of PK.Pyruvate kinase M2(PKM2)is one of them.PKM2 is the main type in CRC and other tumor tissues;PKM2 controls the aerobic glycolysis of tumor cells and can transfer to the nucleus to participate in the expression of a variety of cancer promoting factors.In this paper,the function and regulatory mechanism of PKM2 in CRC are reviewed.
