全过程造价控制作为建筑工程管理的重要环节,影响着建筑工程的整体质量。为了提高建筑工程的经济效益,必须完善建筑工程造价管理的全过程控制工作。本文主要分析工程造价全过程控制中存在的问题,并从决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工和结算等环节对造价全过程控制进行分析,提出加强造价全过程控制的有效策略,实现建筑工程造价的有效管控,推动建筑行业的大力发展。

As an important link of construction project management,whole-process cost control affects the overall quality of construction projects.In order to improve the economic efficiency of construction projects,the whole process control of construction project cost management must be improved.This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the whole process control of project cost,and analyzes the whole process control of cost from decision making,design,bidding,construction,completion and settlement,etc.,and proposes effective strategies to strengthen the whole process control of cost,so as to realize the effective management and control of construction project cost and promote the vigorous development of construction industry.
