大型公共建筑能耗影响因素及其控制方法研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Energy Consumption of Large Public Buildings and Their Control Methods

建筑工程项目的节能工作已经成为我国节能减排的重点关注对象,公共建筑作为城市公共建筑的重要组成部分,能源消耗量较大,尤其是大型公共建筑的能源消耗量更多。为了解决大型公共建筑能耗问题,本文以某地区24座大型公共建筑为例,对建筑能耗的因素进行分析,并结合能源消耗过高的具体原因制定了相应的控制措施,以期为相关行业的专业人员提供更多的参考依据。

The energy conservation of construction engineering projects has become the focus of energy conservation and emission reduction in China,and public buildings,as an important part of urban public buildings,have greater energy consumption,especially large public buildings.In order to solve the problem of energy consumption of large public buildings,this paper takes 24 large public buildings in a certain area as an example to analyze the factors of building energy consumption,and formulates corresponding control measures based on the specific reasons for excessive energy consumption,in order to provide more reference for professionals in related industries.
