地下室防水工程渗漏成因分析及防治处理措施

Analysis on Cause of Leakage in Basement Waterproofing Project and Measures for Prevention and Treatment

随着我国城市化进程推进,由于土地利用的紧张,城市建设中的高层建筑越来越多,而一旦发生漏水,就会对整个高层建筑地下室质量产生一定的影响。加强对高层建筑地下室防水工程施工质量的管理和控制,已成为建筑业发展的一个重要课题。文章结合地下室防水工程渗漏成因进行分析,提出了有效的防渗处理措施,以期切实规避地下室防水工程渗漏风险,切实强化防水工程效果,保障地下室功能健全。

With the progress of urbanization in China,due to the shortage of land use,there are more high-rise buildings in urban construction.Once water leakage occurs,it will have a certain effect on the basement quality of the whole high-rise building.Strengthening the management and control of the construction quality of basement waterproofing projects in highrise buildings has become an important issue in the development of construction industry.Based on the analysis of the cause of seepage in the basement waterproofing project,this paper proposes effective anti-seepage treatment measures to avoid the risk of leakage in the basement waterproofing project,effectively strengthen waterproof project effect,and ensure the complete basement functions.
