为加强第三次全国国土调查(三调)成果的转化应用,满足三调系列图件编制与多尺度土地利用数据的使用需求,以福建省多尺度土地利用现状数据综合为例,探讨了三调图斑综合原则、综合流程和综合方法,重点介绍了狭长图斑剖分融合、非邻近同类图斑聚合、面状水域综合、小图斑融合、图斑边界化简、图斑夸大、尖锐角消除与缝隙补齐等关键技术方法,并阐述了检查和评价图斑综合成果质量的流程与方法,可为地表覆盖数据、地理实体要素自动综合研究与应用提供参考借鉴。

In order to strengthen the transformation and application of the third land survey achievements, meet the needs of compiling series drawings and multi-scale land-use data, taking multi-scale land-use status data generalization of Fujian Provincial for example, we discussed the generalization principles, processes and methods of the third land survey, introduced the key technical methods, such as the subdivision and combination of long and narrow land patch, the non-adjacent and similar land patch aggregation, the surface water area generalization, the small land patch combination, the land patches’ boundary simplification, the land patch exaggeration, the sharp corner elimination and gap filling in detail, and expounded the inspection and evaluation process and method of generalization achievements quality, which could provide reference for the research and application of automatic generalization of geographical entity elements and surface coverage data.
