摘要
为进一步完善校企合作育人机制,教育部于2014年正式提出现代学徒制人才培养模式。以航测专业为例,从现代学徒制实施方案、教学过程中的人才培养方案、校企联合招生招工等方面阐述了以航测专业学生为主体,以培养“现代学徒”为目的的现代学徒制教学模式实践与创新,旨在通过现代学徒制的培养模式提高教育教学质量,并为现代职业教育的教学改革提供可借鉴的实践途径。
In order to improve the school-enterprise cooperation education mechanism deeply,the Ministry of Education formally proposed the modern apprenticeship talent training mode in 2014.Taking the aerial photogrammetry and remote sensing technology major for example,from the implementation plan of modern apprenticeship system,talent training plan in teaching process,school-enterprise cooperation recruitment,we expounded the practice and innovation of modern apprenticeship teaching mode,which taking aerial photogrammetry major students as the main body and aiming at cultivating“modern apprenticeship”.The purpose is to improve the quality of education and teaching through the training mode of modern apprenticeship,and provide practical approaches for the modern vocational education reform.
