适合致密砂砾岩储层的多功能滑溜水压裂液体系研制与评价 被引量:1

摘要 针对致密砂砾岩油藏采用常规水基压裂液施工效果较差的问题,室内实验以多功能纳米乳液减阻剂DZR-3为主要处理剂,结合复合表面活性剂FHR-1和杀菌剂SYR,研制了一种适合致密砂砾岩储层的多功能滑溜水压裂液体系,并对其综合性能进行了评价。实验结果表明:多功能滑溜水压裂液体系的基本性能指标均能满足标准;体系的耐温抗盐性能和抗剪切性能较好;体系对致密砂砾岩岩心的基质渗透率损害率低于10%,明显低于常规瓜尔胶和滑溜水压裂液;体系还具有较好的渗吸驱油效果,在地层温度条件下对砂砾岩岩心的自发渗吸驱油效率可以达到30.8%,驱油效果明显优于常规瓜尔胶和滑溜水压裂液。现场应用结果表明,SL-X井压裂施工后的产油量明显高于使用常规瓜尔胶和滑溜水压裂液的邻井,实现了压裂后油井增产的目的。该成果为致密砂砾岩储层的高效压裂开发提供了技术支持。 In view of poor operation effect of conventional water base fracturing fluid in tight glutenite reservoirs,multi-functional nano emulsion drag reducer DZR-3 is used as the main treatment agent and combined with composite surfactant FHR-1 and bactericide SYR.Multi-functional slick water fracturing fluid system suitable for tight glutenite reservoir is developed,and its comprehensive performance is evaluated.Experiment results show that the basic performance indexes of the multi-functional slick water fracturing fluid system can meet the requirements of the standard.The system has good performance of temperature resistance,salt resistance and shear resistance.The matrix permeability damage rate of the system to tight glutenite core is less than 10%,which is significantly lower than that of conventional guanidine gum and slick water fracturing fluid.The system also has good displacement effect,with spontaneous imbibition displacement efficiency of glutenite core reaching 30.8%under the condition of formation temperature,obviously higher than that of conventional guanidine gum and slick water fracturing fluid.Field application shows that the oil production of Well SL-X after fracturing is significantly higher than that of adjacent wells using conventional guanidine gum and slick water fracturing fluid,realizing the purpose of increasing oil production after fracturing.This study provides technical support for efficient fracturing development of tight glutenite reservoir.
